BLOOM TEACH - Cancellation policy

Pay-per-session: Full session fees will remain due if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Pre-paid: If your child is ill or unable to attend, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time within a 7 day period. If this is not possible, a maximum of one session per pre-paid ½ term block will be refunded.

If, in exceptional circumstances the tutor is unable to attend, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time within a 7 day period. If this is not possible, session fees will be refunded.
